-We offer shipping to the United States for all products. **Note**Many of our products are now available for shipment to Canada. Please refer to the product descriptions to see whether shipment to Canada is offered. Some international shipments to Canada may require that the buyer pay Canada Customs fees which includes duty and applicable taxes These extra charges are the sole responsiblity of the customer.

2. Shipping Costs

-Kids and Teen bedding have a flat rate of $9.99 per order within the 48 continental states for UPS Delivery.

-International Shipping to Canada is $24.99 which is for standard postal mail service.

-FREE SHIPPING on orders over $199.99

-FREE SHIPPING on most baby bedding products

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard shipping please expect to receive your order approximately 7-14 business days from the day your order was placed unless otherwise stated. Note: If a product that you order happens to be temporarily out of stock, you will recieve an email stating that your item is on back order. We will ensure to the best of our ability that you receive your product in the shortest amount of time possible.

Special custom orders require 2-3 weeks to manufacture plus 2-5 days to ship.

5. Payment

-All product prices are in US dollars.

-We accept all of the major credit cards using a 100% Secure Psi Gate merchant gateway. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer to pay a certified bank cheque or a money order please send you order and payment to the address on our Contact Us page. We use Psi Gate to maintain the best possible privacy and security of your personal information.

6. Do you offer Rush Delivery?

-Our standard delivery time for kids and teen bedding is approximately 7-14 business days. However, if you need your order expediated, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please Note: For rush delivery, extra charges will apply.

7. How do I care for my bedding once I receive it?

-For best results, we recommend that you wash all bedding in cold water and either hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting. Note: Some bedding requires dry clean only care but will say so in the product information.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

-To comply with federal, state, and provincial regulations, AmericanKidsBedding.com must charge 5% GST to all Canadian residents and an extra 7% PST to Canadians residing in Manitoba. There is no sales tax for those living within the United States.

9. In what sizes are bedding products available?

-Baby bedding comes in 1 standard size. Kids, Boys, Girls and Teen Bedding are most often available in both Twin, Full/Queen and sometimes King. Please note that select products may not be available in all sizes.

10. Return Policy

-For most Baby, Kids and Teen bedding we offer a Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date that you receive your order less shipping and handling fees. For returns requested after the 30 day period a credit note may be issued upon the approval of a customer service representative. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product the customer MUST contact us before sending the product back to the supplier warehouse. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item(s) is defective. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with an address to which you will send the returned product.

**Important Note**Some bedding listed on our website is custom made to order. This will be stated in the product description. For these items, we are only able to accept exchanges for defective merchandise.
