American Kids Bedding – Order and Return Policy.

At American Kids Bedding, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding delayed orders, undelivered packages, damaged products, incorrect or missing items, order cancellations, shipping limitations, returns, and dispute resolutions.


1. Delayed Orders

Orders without tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired after 60 days from shipment will be considered delayed. However, specific countries and shipping methods may have different timelines:

  • United States: Orders are considered delayed after 45 days from shipment.
  • Brazil: Orders are considered delayed after 110 days due to strict customs clearance.
  • Liquid Delivery Line: Orders using CJPacket liquid delivery are considered delayed after 100 days.
  • Special Shipping Methods: Some shipping methods do not qualify for dispute resolution.

Important Notes:

  • Sometimes, orders may be held at a local post office due to insufficient address details, unclaimed packages, or incorrect recipient information. We recommend customers contact their local post office to arrange delivery.
  • In Israel, due to national regulations and postal services, packages are often delivered to self-pickup lockers, which may cause delays.
  • If a tracking number shows a “Delivered” status but the customer claims non-receipt, we will investigate, but this process may take 1-2 months and does not guarantee a positive outcome.

2. Undelivered Orders

If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or reshipments.

Exceptions:

  • If a customer has not received the package, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local post office with an official stamp is required.

Tracking Information Alerts:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Nonexistent recipient number
  • Unknown recipient
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Delivery not claimed in time
  • No safe delivery location
  • Customs clearance failure

Important Notes:

  • The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times. If unclaimed, it will be stored at the local post office for 3-7 days before being returned to the sender. Customers should pick up their package within this period.
  • If the package is returned to China, we can store it in your private inventory but cannot issue refunds for returned items.
  • If a package is lost or destroyed due to failure to claim it, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipments.

3. Damaged Products

We offer refunds or replacements for damaged products:

  • Severely damaged items: Full refund or replacement.
  • Partially damaged items (minor scratches, slightly dented edges, etc.): Partial refund or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • For fragile products, we highly recommend requesting a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for damaged packaging due to long-distance international shipping.
  • For electronic products, customers must file a complaint within 30 days of delivery.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

We have strict quality control measures to ensure correct shipments. If there is an issue:

  • Incorrect items: Full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong color/size that does not affect product function: Refund or reshipment if proof is provided (e.g., screenshot of the customer’s complaint including name, date, and issue).
  • Missing parts that do not affect functionality: Partial refund or reshipment.
  • Missing parts that affect functionality: Full replacement.
  • Missing accessories: We will resend the missing accessories.

Important Note: For size-related issues, we appreciate receiving photos of the product measured correctly before processing disputes.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be fully refunded before processing in our warehouse.
  • Exceptions:
    • Customized orders (POD) cannot be canceled after payment.
    • Pre-sale stock orders cannot be canceled after payment as they are specially reserved.
    • Photo and video orders cannot be canceled after payment as preparations start immediately.

6. Shipping Limitations

Some shipping methods are untrackable when reaching specific countries, states, or cities. We provide details about such methods in advance.


7. Returns

Products can only be returned to our China warehouse. However, we do not recommend returns due to high international shipping costs and long transit times (at least 3 months). Many returned items may also be lost or damaged during transit.

If a return is necessary:

  • Contact us via email at contact@americankidsbedding.com.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • refunds will be made within 5 days of request

8. Disputes We Do Not Accept

We do not accept disputes for the following reasons:

  • The customer dislikes the product.
  • The product has a mild odor.
  • The customer ordered the wrong item or SKU.
  • The delivery address was incorrect.
  • The product differences were pre-discussed and agreed upon.
  • Tracking information was deleted by the logistics company or local postal service.
  • Packages were returned/discarded/held due to customs clearance issues caused by the recipient’s failure to comply with customs procedures.
